Os ministros do Interior dos seis países mais populosos da União Europeia (UE),
designado por "Grupo dos 6 (G6)", chegaram ontem a acordo sobre a terapia a
aplicar para tentarem resolver três problemas que preocupam os europeus
terrorismo, imigração clandestina e crime organizado.
O projeto alemão "Controlo do Ecrã", que visa conjugar esforços para tornar a
Internet menos permeável aos terroristas, foi uma das propostas aprovadas pelos
ministros da Alemanha, Espanha, França, Itália, Polônia e Reino Unido, na cidade
britânica de Stratford-upon-Avon.
Os ministros, no encontro que começou anteontem, consideram que uma maior
vigilância da Internet poderá controlar os grupos terroristas que a utilizam.
Comprometeram-se, também, em trabalhar sobre a capacidade de localização de
explosivos e sobre um sistema de alerta respeitante aos explosivos de
contrabando, em particular os explosivos líquidos.
Relativamente à imigração clandestina, acordaram realizar análises conjuntas
para perceber o aparecimento do fenômeno em África, tendo John Reid, ministro do
Interior do Reino Unido, afirmado ainda que, nesta matéria, "cada país tem
direito a decidir a sua política de imigração".
A França e a Alemanha, por sua vez, apresentaram uma iniciativa conjunta para
promover "uma política de imigração comum" na UE. Mas a Espanha, segundo o seu
ministro Alfredo Pérez Rubacalba, quer introduzir algumas alterações na
proposta.
"A música soa-me bem, mas a letra necessita de algumas mudanças", afirmou o
ministro espanhol, que não pretende tratar o problema dos ilegais pela repressão
mas que "se aumente a cooperação em termos de imigração legal".
Nesse contexto, o G6 definiu um sistema comum de critérios de seleção de quem
solicite asilo político na Europa e que deverá ser apresentado no próximo
Conselho de Ministros do Interior da UE.
Sobre a luta contra o crime organizado, aqueles ministros propuseram a
realização de um encontro, na Polônia, no próximo mês, para debater uma política
de luta comum contra o tráfico humano. E exigem medidas para vigiar e combater
as fraudes fiscais, que reconheceram ajudar ao financiamento do crime
organizado.
O G6 foi criado este ano, por proposta da França e do Reino Unido, para permitir
a partilha de idéias e favorecer a cooperação na UE. FONTE

The ministers of the Interior of the six more populous countries of European
União (UE), assigned for “Group of the 6 (G6)”, had yesterday arrived the
agreement on the therapy to apply to try to decide three problems that worry the

The German project “Control of the Ecrã”, that it aims at to conjugate efforts

approved for the ministers of Germany, Spain, France, Italy, Poland and the

The ministers, in the meeting that started anteontem, consider that a bigger
monitoring of the Internet will be able to control the terrorist groups that use
it. They had committed themselves, also, in working on the capacity of explosive
localization and on a system of alert respeitante to contraband explosives, in
particular liquid explosives.
Relatively to clandestine immigration, they had waked up to carry through joint
analyses to perceive the appearance of the phenomenon in Africa, having John
Reid, minister of the Interior of the United kingdom, affirmed despite, in this
substance, “each country has right to decide its immigration politics”. France
and Germany, in turn, had presented a joint initiative to promote “one politics
of common immigration” in the UE. But Spain, according to its minister Alfredo
Pérez Rubacalba, wants to introduce some alterations in the proposal.
“Music sounds me well, but the letter needs some changes”, affirmed the Spanish
minister, whom it does not intend to deal with the problem the illegal ones for
the repression but that “if it increases the cooperation in terms of legal
immigration”. In this context, the G6 defined a common system of criteria of
election of who requests asylum politician in the Europe and that it will have
to be presented in the next Cabinet to the Interior of the UE. On the fight
against the organized crime, those ministers had considered the accomplishment
of a meeting, in the Poland, in the next month, to debate one politics of common

The G6 was created this year, for proposal of France and the United kingdom, to
