SÃO PAULO (Reuters) - A operadora de telefonia móvel do
grupo Telemar, Oi, anunciou o início de operações
com recarga de créditos pré-pagos a partir de 1 real, incluindo
centavos, em grandes redes de varejo do País.
O serviço está disponível nas Lojas Americanas,
Supermercados G.Barbosa e lojas do Grupo Pão de Açúcar,
informou a operadora em comunicado.

"Com este novo benefício reforçamos a estratégia da empresa
em tangibilizar para o cliente os benefícios do Oi Cartão
Total", disse em comunicado à imprensa a diretora de marketing
de varejo do grupo Telemar, Flávia Bittencourt. "O cliente
percebe que é possível contratar o crédito que quiser e usá-lo
da forma que ele optar -- no móvel, no fixo da sua casa ou no
orelhão, falando em ligações locais ou de longa distância",
acrescentou.

A Oi registrou um prejuízo de 45 milhões de reais no
terceiro trimestre deste ano, ante um lucro líquido de 7
milhões de reais no mesmo período do ano passado. A operadora
encerrou setembro com 12,6 milhões de clientes.FONTE

Diferente do pai, filho do presidente Lula, lê revista veja e os processa por calunia

Fábio Luís Lula da Silva, filho do presidente Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva, entrou com ação de indenização por danos morais contra a editora Abril e o jornalista Alexandre Oltramari, da revista Veja. Ele afirma que a revista publicou informações caluniosas e difamatórias contra ele na edição que foi às bancas no último final de semana (data de capa de 25 de outubro). Também pede indenização por colocarem sua foto na capa sem autorização.

Segundo a ação, a reportagem ultrapassou o dever de informar com a nítida intenção de difamar a honra do filho do presidente. A defesa de Fábio Lula da Silva é feita pelo escritório Teixeira, Martins e Advogados.

De acordo os advogados, a imprensa tem o dever de informar com prudência, o que impede a publicação de acusações sem o mínimo de provas. “Não se pode envolver uma pessoa em um cenário de lobby, corrupção, tráfico de influência de forma irresponsável e baseada em afirmações inverídicas e caluniosas, como ocorreu no vertente caso. A prática do ilícito é flagrante.”

A reportagem de capa tentou fazer crer, de acordo com os advogados, que o filho de Lula era o proprietário da empresa Gamecorp. Eles afirmam que Fábio Luís não é nem sócio igualitário ou majoritário, e que apenas detém 16,25% das cotas da empresa.

Os advogados também alegam que Fábio nunca esteve no escritório do lobista Alexandre Paes dos Santos, que responderia a três inquéritos na Polícia Federal, por suspeitas de corrupção, contrabando e tráfico de influência, e que a reportagem o colocou como se fosse amigo do lobista. De acordo com a Veja, o filho de Lula usaria o escritório de APS para despachar.

Outro fato rechaçado pelos advogados é o de que o filho de Lula usaria o Ford Fiesta do lobista para passear por Brasília. Eles afirmam que, como filho de presidente da República, todos seus deslocamentos são feitos supervisionados pelo Gabinete de Segurança Institucional por uma questão de segurança, como prevê a legislação sobre o assunto.

Os advogados também sustentam que a semanal não deu nenhuma oportunidade prévia para que o filho de Lula esclarecesse as acusações e que o único contato foi feito com a assessoria da Gamecorp.
